hmmmm my favorite... my daughter as a cowgirl, so so cute!
ReplyDeleteSo hard to pick a favorite when you have kids :) BUT Shark Boy sure was a FUN one!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite isn't actually a costume of mine but one of my mom's. When she was pregnant with my sister, she made an elephant costume for herself. I love that not only did she make it, she was willing to have her picture taken in it with baby belly and all! I love looking at those pixs!!
ReplyDeleteMY FAVORITE COSTUME WAS THE FANDANGO FAMILY. WE TOOK BROWN PAPER BAGS AND MADE A COSTUME LIKE THE PUPPETS IN THE FANDANDO COMERCIAL. IT WAS MY HUSBAND,DAUGHTER AND I, IT WAS FUN. AND WE WON FIRST PRIZE IN THE PARTY
ReplyDeleteTHANKS ANGELA
The new Hallowe'en in Wonderland collection is amazing! Love it! I thought we were supposed to leave a comment on our favorite costume from the collection. I am confused! Anyway, I like Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum with their pumpkin heads! lol
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I made Dr. Honeydew and Beaker costumes! (Muppet Lab coats and ID badges).
ReplyDeleteMy Dh and I once made our son into a Pikachu (from Pokemon) from a yellow sweatsuit, some stufrfing, and some face paint. The hat may have been some construction paper sewed onto a headband or something.
ReplyDeleteIt turned out adorable.
My husband and I dressed up as Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas, and we dressed our newborn up as the ghost dog Zero. It was really fun and spooky!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite costume was the fat lady who had sat on her dog and was holding a lost dog sign. I fattened myself up, put on a wig and sewed a stuff dog to my butt and made a lost dog sign. It was a big hit.
ReplyDeleteI absolutey adore Graphic 45 and when I saw this: WOW! ideas galore! Our favorite was when out daughter was 10 months old. She was BATMAN and my DH and I were both Robin. It was sooooooo much fun!
ReplyDeleteMy mother "tried" to make a robot costume out of boxes when I was a kid. It was the most uncomfortable costume EVER!
ReplyDeleteMy mom made my son a Kermit the Frog costume. He was adorable, the frog head was huge but he looked so cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great new collection this is! Can't wait to see it for real to try and make something nice with it! My favourite costume is Lady of Darkness, especially after I tripped over its rim, torn the seams and walked about in a skirt which was way too short...
ReplyDeleteI made my 2 year old daughter into big bird one year. I bought yellow sweat pants and shirt, added yellow napkins all over, layered for the feathers. I found a yellow hat with a bill and put more "feathers" on it. It was adorable!
